Bring a valid physical learner license (learner’s permit) or driver license to your driving lesson. Licensed adults do not need a separate learner’s permit. The license must authorize you to drive, and any restrictions apply.

Contact the school to cancel. Families can reschedule in the portal outside 24 hours. With at least 24 hours' notice, cancellation or rescheduling has no late fee. Less than 24 hours' notice results in a $50 late-cancellation fee. A no-show is charged for the full scheduled lesson length. Road Test Day cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and Road Test Day no-shows are charged the booked service price agreed at booking.

We accept card, Zelle, and cash. Full package payment is due before the first lesson.

Lessons may continue in light rain when the instructor determines conditions are safe. Unsafe or severe weather is rescheduled without a Start Right fee.

Your valid physical learner license or driver license, closed-toe shoes, and any glasses or contacts required for driving.

Pickup and drop-off are included when confirmed within our service area. The city list does not guarantee every address. Check current lesson times during registration and contact us if you need help confirming your exact pickup location. School pickup for teens requires a parent's written OK.

When helpful, your instructor assigns short review videos, visual demonstrations, or practice activities according to the student's needs and progress. These tools support supervised, hands-on driving instruction.

Current prices: Starter Lesson: 2 hours for $195; Core 6: 6 hours for $570; Confident 10: 10 hours for $900; Mastery 20: 20 hours for $1,650; Comprehensive 40: 40 hours for $3,100; Complete 50: 50 hours for $3,750. Road Test Day Support is sold separately. No package promises readiness or a passing result.

Choose a starting package based on experience, confidence and practice outside lessons. Starter Lesson is a focused first session or skills check; Core 6 begins structured practice; Confident 10 offers more practice; Mastery 20 provides a longer training path. Begin with a short check-in about prior practice, comfort and concerns. The instructor agrees the first priorities and adjusts the starting environment to your needs and safety; a parking-lot start may be appropriate. Yes. Beginners, licensed adults and returning drivers can receive calm, one-on-one instruction. Progression depends on your comfort, progress and the instructor's safety judgment, not a fixed lesson count or guaranteed outcome.

The Start Right family portal shows instructor-shared lesson summaries, assigned practice and remaining lesson hours, and helps you manage lessons. Students can see the next priority and parents can support practice. Adult learners decide whether to share access with family. The portal is currently in English.

Current Road Test Day Support prices: $249 with Starter Lesson; $195 with Core 6; $149 with Confident 10; $149 with Mastery 20; $149 with Comprehensive 40; $149 with Complete 50. It includes confirmed service-area pickup/drop-off, approximately 15–30 minutes of pretest warm-up, training-vehicle use for the scheduled test and support through check-in and the standard wait. DMV and third-party exam fees are separate. It is not a lesson package or a guaranteed pass. You can select it as an optional add-on when registering for an eligible package; without a lesson package, contact the school to arrange it. There is no standalone online checkout.
